Whether this is your first or second child, I understand how you go through the stress of trying to get your baby to sleep for more than two or three hours at a time. I create a personalized sleep plan based on your baby's age, temperament, sleep history and other important family factors. From naps to bedtime, your baby can learn to fall asleep on their own and be ready to move into the active toddler stage!

When it comes to getting your baby to sleep through the night, I am with you every step of the way. Whether your baby is teething, sick or just plain fussy, you will learn what a “typical baby sleep schedule” might look like. We walk through how to set up feeding time, play time, and sleep patterns that help with the transition from baby to toddler. From the start I help your little one (and you) prepare and put in place healthy sleep habits so that you can get some sweet dreams.

We start with a 15 minute sleep evaluation phone call to discuss your child's sleep struggles in more detail. It's important to me that we communicate and that I get to know you from the start so that I can personalize your sleep plan. I answer any questions you may have regarding my sleep training packages and you get to know me so that you can determine if I'm a good fit for your family.

Once you decide on a sleep training package I'll send a more in-depth questionnaire to develop a detailed sleep training plan for your family.

Next, we schedule a 90 minute consultation to go over plan details, modify if need be and the sleep training begins!

Included in Every Level:

A preliminary evaluation which includes our assessment (or questionnaire) to assess your baby’s sleep habits and routines.

A 60-90 minute consultation to assess your newborn’s sleep. We discuss how to build the sleep fundamentals to encourage better sleep at a very young age. We discuss your options in a way that reflects your family philosophy and comfort level.

A detailed sleep plan for your baby that includes sleep goals, sleep strategies, and troubleshooting possible sleep problems.

Virtual support with weekly phone calls and unlimited voice messages during our 3 weeks together.

Next Steps Action Plan for after the consultation that grows with your baby.

Sleep resource package to help you with future sleep milestones (e.g. get your baby to sleep when traveling, baby sleep training during daylight savings time, transitioning baby with a nap schedule).

Graduation Call to go over your initial sleep goals and put in place a plan to support those new skills! We will go over any questions you may have after reading the Sleep Resource Package. The goal here is to make sure that you’re feeling confident about your sleep plan moving forward, including how to deal with any particular milestones that may affect your baby’s sleep plan. Graduation means you’ve acquired the skills you need to help your baby sleep through the night but you can always reach out to me for follow up services and sleep training resources. On-call bedtime support on night 1 from 6-9pm. I’ll be available to you via Voxer, a voice messaging and text app and I will respond to messages within minutes for full support and coaching. On-call coaching allows us to see how your baby responds to the methods we are using in real-time and your questions and concerns are addressed quickly instead of waiting until business hours of the following day.

 

Level 3 $1200

Preliminary Evaluation, 60-90 Minute Assessment Consultation, Detailed Sleep Plan, Next Steps Action Plan, Sleep Resource Package, Graduation Call
