Once upon a time I myself was struggling and sleep training was a life-changer. It gave me back some me-time and changed our family’s life. As a Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant my passion is helping families get their babies and toddlers sleeping through the night. Instead of using a “cookie cutter” approach, my unique sleep training method lets us work together to find the approach that's best suited to YOUR child’s sleep habits and their unique personality.

I take into account your personal parenting style, get to know your family, and design a sleep plan that’s best for you!

Sleep is Happiness

There is a clear link between chronic sleep deprivation and postpartum depression or “the baby blues.” Most mothers report a dramatic improvement in their moods (and their baby’s!) once the family is sleeping well. I personally believe that the entire family can benefit from a good night's sleep. When your child sleeps through the night you have more energy to take care of the day-today tasks of being a parent–not to mention getting some “me-time” back.

Sleep is Personal

Your baby has unique sleep habits and a unique personality. You have your own parenting style. The “magic” happens when we create a personalized sleep plan that’s right for your baby and that you can feel good about as a parent. I coach you every step of the way to ensure that we are establishing a plan that is effective and fits with your parenting style.

Sleep is Health

Study after study has shown that a good night’s sleep is just as important for your baby and is just as important as proper nutrition. We’d never raise our children on a junk food diet, nor should we raise them on “junk sleep.” Sleep for you is just as important. Getting your child to sleep through the night gives you some time back to take a nap, get a good night's rest or sneak in some “me-time” during your child’s nap.

While most sleep coaches are “self-taught” or have taken a cheap online class, I’ve invested heavily in my career as a sleep professional. I’ve trained under one of the most well-respected experts in the field. Your child’s sleep health is important to me, I take it seriously and am passionate about helping families as a Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant.
