When it comes to sleep training, I am with you every step of the way. Whether you’re trying to get your child to sleep through the night or are wondering how to help them adjust to a new sibling, you will learn what a “typical sleep schedule” might look like. I walk through how to set up bedtime routines, snacking habits, play time, and establish healthy sleep patterns. Right from the start I teach your little one (and you) how to prepare and put in place healthy sleep habits so that your entire family can have sweet dreams.

We start with a 15 minute discovery phone call to discuss your child's sleep struggles in more detail. It's important to me that we communicate and that I get to know you from the start so that I can personalize your sleep plan. I answer any questions you may have regarding my sleep training packages and you get to know me so that you can determine if I'm a good fit for your family.

Once you decide on a sleep training package I'll send a more in-depth questionnaire to develop a detailed sleep training plan for your family.

Next, we schedule a 90 minute consultation to go over plan details, modify if need be and the sleep training begins!

Every sleep training package includes 1:1 coaching, phone and Voxer messaging support for 3 weeks.

A preliminary evaluation includes our assessment (or questionnaire) to assess your child’s sleep habits and routines.

A 60-90-minute consultation to assess your child’s sleep. We discuss how to build the sleep fundamentals to encourage better sleep at their age. We discuss your options in a way that reflects your family philosophy and comfort level.

A detailed customized sleep plan for your child that includes sleep goals, sleep strategies, and troubleshooting possible sleep problems.

Virtual support with weekly phone calls and unlimited voice messages during our 3 weeks together.

Next Steps Action Plan for after the consultation that grows with your child.

Sleep resource package to help you with future sleep milestones (e.g. daylight savings time, what to do if your child has nightmares, etc.)

Graduation Call to go over your initial sleep goals and put in place a plan to support those new skills! We will go over any questions you may have after reading the Sleep Resource Package. The goal here is to make sure that you’re feeling confident about your sleep plan moving forward, including how to deal with any particular milestones that may affect your child’s sleep plan. Graduation means you’ve acquired the skills you need to help your child sleep through the night but you can always reach out to me for follow-up services and sleep training resources. On-call coaching allows us to see how your child responds to the methods we are using in real-time and your questions and concerns are addressed quickly instead of waiting until business hours of the following day.

And now, A Sleep Success Story…

Working with Andi changed my life. I’m a mother to a 4.5yo boy, and 2yo girl, who have always relied on me to fall asleep. We started out as a bed sharing family, and eventually moved both kids into their own room, where they shared a bed. It was impossible for them to fall asleep without me lying down with them- and would cry for hours if anyone else tried to put them down. Both kids were waking up 4 or more times a night if I tried to leave the bed. I was feeling completely helpless, trapped, and mentally/physically exhausted. I was so certain that years of these choices would make it impossible for the kids to ever sleep independently, but I also wasn’t willing to let them cry it out.
