After EXTENSIVE research, I learned about a method to teach baby to sleep that was easy to use and stick with to get a good night's sleep. I went from being exhausted and overwhelmed to feeling well rested AND having several hours to myself each day. My daughter learned to take healthy naps and sleep through the night.

My Passion To Make A Difference met The Sleep Sense™ Method
I founded Andi Metlzer Sleep Consulting to help other parents that struggle with a sleep routine. Inspired by my own life-changing sleep training experience, I had to jump on an airplane to meet Obleman and learn about the successful sleep program which has helped over 57,000 families. Simply put, I wanted to learn from the best. While most sleep coaches are “self-taught” or have taken a cheap online class, I’ve invested heavily in my career as a sleep training professional. I’ve trained under one of the most well-respected experts in the field, and am proud to be a Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant and founder of Andi Metzler Sleep Consulting.
I slept, I got back ‘me-time,’and now I help others do the same!
I am grateful every single day that I have the tools and skills to support families in getting the sleep they so desperately need. What do I do with my ‘Me-Time’?
I married my college sweetheart and we live in South California with our two kids, Salvadore and Lucia. Luckily–with the good night’s sleep we get–we enjoy family time, aka, “me time.” When the kids sleep we indulge in great food & wine (among other things). I also love traveling and spending time outside. I love a great workout class, yoga, and any form of dancing–whether it be tearing up a dance floor or having a dance party in the kitchen with my kids.
