As a certified sleep consultant (and former teacher) I’ve invested heavily in my career and have trained under one of the most well-respected experts in the field. Over the years I’ve designed my workshops to speak directly to the importance of sleep for the entire family and how it impacts health and well-being. Each workshop is designed to give practical sleep training tips that work for individuals and families with children of various ages. I personally experienced the impact on health and wellness that a good night’s sleep has on a parent and am passionate about teaching others to do the same.
